All Sales Are Final on Fishing Rigs & Terminal Tackle

 

Due to the nature of our products and for health, safety, and quality control reasons, all fishing rigs, pre-tied rigs, hooks, and terminal tackle are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or refund once shipped.

 

This includes, but is not limited to:

    •    Takedown Rigs (all sizes)

    •    Patriot Rigs

    •    Double Hook Rigs

    •    4/0 – 10/0 Rigs

    •    Custom or limited-run rigs

Apparel & Non-Tackle Merchandise Returns

 

We accept returns on unused and unworn apparel or non-tackle merchandise under the following conditions:

    •    Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery

    •    Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

    •    Original packaging and tags must be included

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

 

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

 

To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:

    •    Your order number

    •    Photos of the item(s)

    •    A brief description of the issue

 

Once verified, we will issue a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

 

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

    •    Fishing rigs and terminal tackle

    •    Gift cards

    •    Clearance or sale items

    •    Custom or special-order products

Shipping Costs

    •    Shipping costs are non-refundable

    •    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error

Refund Processing

 

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Order Cancellations

 

Orders cannot be canceled once processing or shipping has begun, as many of our products are hand-tied and made to order.
